We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial and competitive professional with a proven track record of delivering results. This is a high-impact role that works in close collaboration across multiple functions, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, engineering, and finance, to drive profitable sales growth and pipeline rigor through efficient processes and robust analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Be on the front lines via phone, email and text with customers and dealers, answering questions, entering orders, providing status updates invoicing for payment and supporting our warranty process.
• Support sales team by creating quotes, estimates, and customer proposals.
• Enabling revenue execution, connecting customer and distributors with other departments including manufacturing and accounting.
• Support Silver Falls Way initiatives focused on continuous improvement and growth acceleration.
• Own daily key performance indicator tracking and reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma and at least two years of post secondary education.
• 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales operations, executive administration or similar externally facing roles.
• Excellent communications skills, strong listening skills, empathetic to the needs of others and a great team player.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
